By creating an account or using BotPhi, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms that may apply to specific features.

If you are using BotPhi on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

BotPhi is a platform that enables users to deploy AI-powered assistants on messaging platforms including Telegram, Discord, and WhatsApp. We provide hosting, management, and monitoring tools for these assistants.

Our service relies on third-party AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) and messaging platforms. Availability and capabilities may be subject to these providers' terms and limitations.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

You agree to use BotPhi only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You must not use our platform to deploy bots that generate spam, harassment, hate speech, misinformation, or any content that violates applicable laws.

You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the operation of our platform or its security measures.

You are responsible for the content and behavior of the AI assistants you deploy through BotPhi, including ensuring they comply with the terms of the messaging platforms they operate on.

BotPhi offers both free and paid plans. Pricing details are available on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions will be honored at their current rate until renewal.

If payment fails, we may suspend your account and the bots deployed under it after a reasonable grace period.

BotPhi and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Srijak Labs and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content, configurations, and custom instructions you create for your AI assistants. By using our platform, you grant us a limited license to host and process this content as necessary to provide the service.

You must not use our branding, logos, or trademarks without prior written permission.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible.

We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions caused by third-party providers, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

BotPhi is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

In no event shall Srijak Labs be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through the account settings. Upon termination, your bots will be deactivated and your data will be deleted within 30 days.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to other users or our platform.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of BotPhi shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable Indian arbitration laws.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the platform.

Your continued use of BotPhi after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should discontinue use of the service.
